The Flat Flyer

ppClassic
The Flat Flyer is a silent soarer. If made correctly this plane is a good, stable glider. Don't throw it too hard or fast as all it needs it's a gentle push.

Start simply by folding your piece of paper in half, hotdog style.
Fold the left and right top corners inwards, until their edges align with the center fold line.
Next, fold the top point downwards so that it nearly touches the bottom of the paper (about an inch of room).
Again, fold the left and right top corners inwards, until their edges align with the center fold line.
Next, fold the tiny triangle (the point from Step 3) over the two flaps created in Step 4.
Fold the whole plane in half, vertically.
Now it’s time to fold the wings over. These wings are supposed to be a bit large, so make sure to crease them about a half-inch from the bottom of the plane.
Now you’re ready to fly!
